Paul Twenge - Head Varsity Coach

Coach Twenge begin his baseball coaching career at South Dakota State University while working on his M.S. Degree in HPER. After leaving SDSU he move on to Anoka-Ramsey Community College where he served as head coach for six years. During that time ARCC, won the Minnesota Community College State Tournament in back to back seasons-1985 & 1986. In 1985 Twenge was Coach of the Year for NJCAA Region XII. In 1987, Coach Twenge moved onto Valparaiso University-Valparaiso, Indiana. Here served as Crusader Head Baseball Coach for 19 years. In 1998, 1999, and 2001 the Crusaders finished one game away from NCAA Division I Regional play. In 2001, Coach Twenge was named Coach of the Year in the Mid-Continent Collegiate Conference. Twenge is moving into his sixth season as the head coach for the Skippers. Coach Twenge and his wife Dawn have been married for 31 years and have three children....Alyson, Alex, and Axel.

Chris Fasnacht - Varsity Assistant Coach

Coach Fasnacht begins his 8th year with Coach Twenge as JV Head coach. Previous to joining Coach Twenge's staff Chris coached in the Glen Lake Little League organization as well as Tonka Babe Ruth. Chris played high school baseball at Mankato Loyola and continued his college career at the University of Wisconsin - Stout where he pitched for 3 years. When not involved in something baseball related Chris loves to fish on open water or on the ice as well as hang out with friends. Chris's wife Kris, who is also heavily involved in Minnetonka Baseball and was responsible for Chris getting the opportunity to coach at Minnetonka High School. They have two children Ben and Eric.

Joseph Waalk - Sophomore Coach

Coach Waalk is entering his fourth season as a coach with the Minnetonka baseball program. Joe coached at Breck High School from 2005-2010. Joe was the head coach for the Golden Valley Legion team from 2008-2010. He as also coached the 15AAA MYBA 2007 team, which traveled to Japan. Joe is currently working on his Masters degree in Special Education and will soon be student teaching in Minnetonka. He is also currently the Defensive Back's coach for the Minnetonka Sophomore Football team. Joe is married to his wife Rachel; Joseph and Rachel have two daughters; Megan and Kati.

Josh Bakke - Sophomore Assistant Coach

Josh is entering his third season coaching with the Minnetonka Skippers Baseball program. This will be his 12th season of his coaching career. He started coaching while in college for the Sauk Rapids Storm Jr. High School teams for three years. After graduating he came back to the metro to teach Physical Education and coached at schools that include Park Center Sr. High (Sophomore coach), and Cooper High ( 9th grade). For the past three seasons Josh was the head 9A and then the head Sophomore coach for Edina high school. This is Josh's 2nd year teaching for the Minnetonka Public Schools. He was also one of the sophomore football coaches for Minnetonka this past fall. Josh was married to his wife Ashley last summer. Josh and Ashley reside in Edina.

Tony Livorsi - JV Head Coach

Tony has coached youth baseball at various levels for over 17 years, most recently with East Tonka Little League. He coached freshman for 2 years and for the past 6 years he has helped lead the Skipper long toss throwing program for pitchers and catchers. As a player, Tony was a pitcher and 4-year letter winner on nationally ranked teams at the University of Notre Dame. Tony grew up in the Chicago area and played high school baseball at Notre Dame College Prep HS in Niles, Illinois. Tony and his wife Amy have two children, Monica and Ben.

Andrew Woitas - JV Assistant Coach

Coach Woitas is originally from Sleepy Eye St. Mary's where he was part of two state championship teams. He then continues his baseball playing career at Gustavus Adolphus College were he was a four year starter as an outfielder and pitcher. His coaching history includes coaching two years with the Sleepy Eye Legion Baseball team as well as coaching with the Minnesota Blizzard elite team for one year. He is excited to be back for his fourth year with the Skippers and is looking forward to another exciting year.
